If you own a newly built hotel, motel, or guesthouse with ten rooms or more, you must register it with the State. If you are the new owner of an existing building, you must update the current registration.
You or any staff providing heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVACR) services must be licensed as an HVACR contractor.
You can only legally use the title of Certified Interior Designer if you’ve been certified by the New Jersey Interior Design Examination and Evaluation Committee.
