The NJ LEAF Program provides low-cost financing to New Jersey cannabis businesses for fixed assets and working capital. Fixed asset loans range from $100,000 to $1.5 million; working capital loans from $100,000 to $500,000.

Eligible businesses must hold a valid recreational Class 1 Cultivator, Class 2 Manufacturer, or Testing Laboratory license; be New Jersey-based with fewer than 250 employees, at least one year of operation, and $5 million or less in annual gross revenues. Five percent of funds are reserved for Impact Zone businesses.
